This is all new to me. This is coming from someone that has always been in tip top shape beginning in her 20s, now that I am in my 30s, I am now finding out that it is more easier to pack on the pounds but much harder to lose the weight. I got weighed in by my personal trainer last week for the start of our fit club fitness group and found that I tipped the scale at a whopping 204 pounds. Never have I ever weighed that in my life, nor do I look like i was over 200 pounds but their it was staring at me in black and white. I knew that if I wanted to make my fitness goal if 165, I have to make some changes and increase my workouts from 3 days to four days a week and also make better food choices. I am not a big scale user, so I usually judge my weight by how my clothes are fitting me. I will keep you guys posted on my fitness journey to a new me.
