Tired of Fat Pants and Baggy Shirts

Well I was talking to my daughter this morning and she talked me into coming over and doing EA Active with her. Well I have never done anything like this before and game for anything that may work a few pounds off. Let me tell you I was not expecting what was coming. We did a medium level of cardio and strength training workout. I thought I was going to die. Skipping, lunges, squats, track course and so on. My legs were like rubber, my feet hurt and I had a hard time breathing. Water rolling down off my temples, gasping for air I actually managed to finish the whole 30 minute workout and she didn't have to finish any of my exercises for me (we did team workout). My poor face was as red as a fire truck and as hot as a fire, splashed water on it after and drank lots to cool down when done. But the best part, even if I felt like I was going to die during workout, man I felt great when done. First for doing it and second, it really got my blood flowing and heart pumping. Now the day is almost done and I still have my treadmill workout ahead of me. Don't dread it as much as I used to. Even when I think, awe I'll skip it tonight, I somehow still get up and do it. YAY.
