Time for change

After using the meal planner for the last two weeks and not eating the planned meal, today was the first day i actually ate the plan meals. Motivation and Determination seem to defeat me everyday. Im trying to dig deaper. As you can see i still had to purshase a caramilk bar and devour the entire thing. I hope tomorrow will be a little better. After putting the baby to sleep, i did a little extra prepping in my kitchen and stocked my frindge full of healthy veggies and made a super light dip for them made from two trinagles of laughing cow light and three tablespoons of fat free italien dressing. i hope this will be dip for a couple of portions. i hope the dip tastes good. i hope i can get the hang of this diet tracking and bloggin stuff.
