excuses excuses

i read a thread earyier where the woman kept writing that she had no excuse to not diet and execrise, well i got plenty of excuses, im tired, i work all the time i dont have time to cook, i have a 1 yr old, blah blah blah plenty of excuses, none of them good.
for most of my life ive been over wieght, most of it ive dieted and worked hard to lose it, i finnally got down to a comfortable weight 5 years ago, then i started dating my bf who doesnt really like to go outside and we ate junk, i was comfortable with him so i gaind 40 lbs, then i got sick of it and forced myself back to diet and lost 20 of it then i got preggers, and once again didnt care,
but now my daughter is 14 months and i really had lost all my motivatioon i just didnt care, i do work 7 days a week, but on sat sun its only 4 hours in the morning so i really cant use that excuse, now my mom is my motvation shes getting married in 7 months, so shes exerciseing like a nut, and in the beginnig i was like GOOD FOR YOU, still not wanting to do it myself, then on sat i saw her for a party and she looked amazing so now im like,(DAMN I HAVE GOT TO DO SOMTHING )
so ive started walking again and walked twice today for a total of 60 mins (yay me)
starting 2morrow ill start tracking my calories and maybe, just maybe by summer ill be at my goal which is 45 lbs away
3rd time wasnt the charmed maybe 8th time???
