I have been an athlete as long as I can remember, that is until about two years ago, when I moved to columbus to be with my girlfriend. at that point I stopped exercising. to make matters worse I got a job as a fry cook. don't get me wrong here, I love my job, I wouldn't trade it for anything, but when your working till 3-4 in the morning on a 10 hour shift without a break surrounded by horribly unhealthy food. the icing on the cake is I'm also a full time college student. if you put it all together it's very difficult to eat right. combine that with a busy schedule making it very difficult to exercise, and lets just say my health took a nose dive. it became harder and harder to eat, I must have lost damn near 50lbs. a lifetime of conditioning gone in two years. I am not willing to settle for that, I cannot except that I hit my physical peak at 17. so I joined a gym, and a judo club. I've started my conditioning again, and I'm looking to compete next season.
