Day One.....again

So today is day one....again... I am determined to get back on track and start eating healthy again. I am setting a goal of losing two pounds per week, for 10 weeks, hopefully more the first few weeks due to water weight. My goal is to get back down to a size 10. If, no not if, when I hit my goal, I will create a new one to achieve. Today was a good day (so far) on the food. I planned my meal yesterday so I knew what to eat and how much so that I didn't get hungry. If I can just get through the first week, it will get much easier to say "NO" to fast food, sweets, and regular soda...
