DAY 1...THE JOURNEY TO MY HAPPINESS BEGINS...

Today I begin on what is to be my last and final JOURNEY to lose this weight and keep it off. SO..SO...SO many times I've tried in the past only to fail miserably. This time is different. I'm totally and mentally prepared to put 150% into MYSELF without the distractions of others and their needs side tracking me(my own fault, of course). I've always been on track when it came to caring for others. Giving the best advice, tending for the sick, running around sometimes forgetting to take a bathroom break.
At the age of 41 I am learning. My children (ages 23,17 and 16) are of age now where they're not as dependent on Mom. They are my only priorities now besides me taking care of ME!!!! I look forward to meeting and making new friends on this BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY. Hopefully I can be of some support to whomever may need it. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!!!!
