October Plan

My plan for October:
1) 1000 points on FitClick (to bring me to 2100) because I'm all about points and competition.
2) weigh 165 pounds - that's about 8 pounds lost and lots of clothes will feel loose on me.
3) exercise 30 minutes every day because 30 minutes isn't much time, but has a big impact.
4) Follow my food guidelines for calories/fat/protein/carbs because I feel better when I do.
5) Eat every 3 hours to keep myself from making bad choices.
