Well I found out about this site when I was searching for a recipe builder for my blog (http://chrissycancook.blogspot.com).  But I found so much more! I so glad I found this site because it will make it easy to keep track of what I eat.  I am going to use this site to make meal plans for myself, including what I make for dinner for me and my husband.

I am anxious to see how I do.  I hope to just create a few mealplans and cycle them.

I am ultimately trying to lose 10 pounds so I can be at my healthy weight of 137.  I need to get back to the gym.  Since we got our dog and I started cooking dinner everynight, its been hard to find time to make it to the gym.  I also have school work that I need to work on everynight.  So that makes it even harder.  I just need to figure out something to make it all work.
