Rescuing the Rescuer, one workout at a time!

I had one job today, aside from getting to the gym and I have yet to complete it. I bought a dinette set just before I moved into my new house. It arrived about 5 weeks ago, I opened one box, was tired and impatient, closed the box and I haven't looked at it since! In two minutes, I will go and put it together! The other task of course, is the gym. I've been waiting until my daughter gets home from school to keep the dog from barking at the contractor downstairs finishing my basement. I like to work out earlier in the day, but that's fine... next week! As long as the workouts still get done. Today appears to be a small speed workout! Yessss!!! My favourite!
