Day five

Woo-hoo. I have gotten through the first five days of a balanced diet without dieing! The big test is gonna be this weekend when I go out of town to see my hubby... I just have to remind myself if we go out to eat that I can't have the fried, fatty, cheesy foods that I love... I will have to have have some strong will power. But i am proud of myself for getting this far again. Next goal.... exercise! I gotta start walking again.
