Day 3. I know I'm not really supposed to weigh myself every day, but I woke up this morning feeling great, so jumped on the scale-and-------I've lost 3lbs!
This is amazing, it also goes to show just how out of kilter my diet had become, I'm not doing much more exercise than I usually do, but even in three days, I've been forced to realize that my food choices mostly consisted of two things.
-carbohydrates
-fats
I've always reached for the easiest, instant gratification item (living alone does not inspire me to cook).
My other downfall is cheese. I love the stuff. I love all the flavors and types, and have been known to sit on the couch eating big chunks of it.
Gross I know.
So I'll take my success to date and use it to make for a great day, and anyone who reads this, take a great day for yourself!
