Well I have had a pretty good week so far. I have been in my calorie range (2K) and hit both of my workouts for the past two days. The strength training makes me feel great (when I am not sore). I am up to 25 min on my elliptical routine and it feels good as well.
I was pleased to find out that Dave and Busters now has 600 calorie meals. This place is close to where I am working and I was able to have a business dinner there and a healthy meal. I just wish more restaurants would publish their nutritional information. It would make things easier.
Today I worked out first thing in the morning and was done by 6:15am. I know it was good because I found myself sweating for 30 minutes after the workout. When I can fit it in, morning workouts are so energizing. I drank a cup of coffee more out of habit than need.
Exercise is having a direct impact on the clarity and focus I have and it feels great.
I plan to weigh in this Saturday and I am shooting to break 280. This will leave me 30lbs to go by 2011. I really want to challenge myself over the next 11 weeks. I have not weighed less than 250 lbs in 12 years.
