Day 5: It is a new week

I have to get use to blogging my progress so be patient with me. I did cardio exercise on Friday and then took the weekend off for rest. It has been a long time since I have been in a weight training program so I am being very cautious; I don't want to hurt myself. I have been really watching my water intake and realized that I just don't consume enough. That is my first hurdle to conquer. Wish me luck.
