back on track

so I haven't been doing much on here... seemed everytime I turned around I was going out for lunch with clients and supplier etc for work. Tried to be good through the week and order salads, but then this past weekend was kind of bad..
I feel pretty good though, I am still down 10 pounds, and only 5 more until i reach my ultimate goal, so here I am recording everything again with hopefully no more skipped entries.
these last 5 pounds are going to be hard, but I can do it...
