Iv done this once.. Lost 30lbs in one summer by just walking.. So here we go again.. Iv gained most of the weight back because I didnt want to walk during the winter.. That wont happen again. My goal is to work my way up to 5 miles a day.. Right now im doing 3 miles 4 times a week..
Today I went to the foot dr.. been having some problems with my feet hurting really bad...He says with the right excersize on my feet.. I should be good as new in no time.. I'll let everyone know in about 4 weeks..
