Burrr... MN I am in MI so I know the feeling,its also very cold here today.I hear yoou on the mirrors I use to have one large mirror ceiling to floor..needless to say that thing is now history as at that point I could not stand the reflection that came from it.Have you ever tried hypnosis cds? I am raving about them rt now because I have myself lost 35lbs since Aug. 19th,I bought mine at Barnes and Noble.Cost me a lil over $40 but I bought 2 different ones.One I can listen to while driving,exercising or whatever I may be doin at the time,and thy other that I listen to every night honestly works well,it puts me to sleep every night...which is fine because you still sub conciously hear it and in the morning it is right there in my mind.It says you have won the grand prize of a magnificent makeover and it repeats that alot.Plus says you are not a dieter but a restrained eater...I don't know bout you but I came from the clean plate club and I now can and do eat til satisfied not stuffed so
