10/27: 150.6 lbs, 23% body fat, 53.5% body water. 10/28: 151.8 lbs, 23.8% body fat, 53.5% body water. 10/29: 150.8 lbs, 23.3% body fat, 53.9% body water.
Today is my birthday! My mom cooked me a nice birthday dinner with all of my favorite foods and yummy cake and ice cream. I completely pigged out but was down 1 lb this morning. It'll probably come back and get me tomorrow - maybe it's like when you lose sleep or exercise too much but don't feel it until a day or two after.
