So as well all know getting off track is a unavoidable part of the entire weight loss journey. I've been off my track for about 2 months now and while I certainly am not proud of where it has put me I am proud that I recognize that I've been slacking and actually need to get my act together once again.
So here it is my fresh shake up! I'm starting Lean P90X and I'm not eating out during the week anymore. Tracking what I eat and how much I work out will keep me honest and hopefully let me see that the scale goes down only if I put the time and effort into it.
