Day 4

Day four and still going strong, I have really been thinking about what I put in my mouth, and I am cutting empty calories, I have been thinking of the foods that get me full, and have the vitamins that I need. I still need to cut my fat and sodium intake, and raise my calcium, Vitamin C, and Iron. Drinking more water has also helped, I just need to remember to drink more BEFORE I eat.
I am going to stack more fire wood today, that seems to be a great workout and it counts as cardio and stregth training. I am still sore from the sit ups and push ups, but I am still going to try to keep it up, but I don't want to hurt my self.
Oh yeah and I have a job interview tomorrow that would be amazing, it would also give me the chance to move around more, not be a lump. I am excited.
Yeah! I stacked firewood for 20 min today and did one set of 9 sit ups and one set of 6. so I got a little cardio and stregth training in. I have also tried to stand more, rather than sit. I am very proud of my lunch, it was filling and low in calories...yeah for me. Thanks Al...you are so amazing!
