Extreamly happy with today!!! Weighed in lost 4lbs last week down to 341 lets hope I can keep up this pace! completed core and interval training..
Cardio Monitor: Total time 123min, in zone 68min, aHR 127, mHR 156, Kcals 1259
Warmup: HR/112
Core: Wanted to push it a little bit today. Bridge of red ball 2 sets 13 and 15 reps respectively 5.0.5, crunch off red ball 2 sets 13/15 reps 4.2.1, cable rotation standing 47.5lbs 2 sets 7/side 4.2.1.
Intervals: 60min on stairmaster 5x1 went very very well!! HR was strong the whole time spent most of the time at L4. 3.2miles, 153 floors, 3.2 avg level and avg 40 spm!! very pleased
Treadmill: 10 min day one cardio just to cool down and round things out a bit.
Over all super happy with this workout and the weigh in I guess last week went better then I expected. Another big week this week have 3 sets of intervals in week six though today knocked one of them out I still have two more days of it and two more days of day 1. working in more core and strengh training.. Still feeling pretty good a little tired as I sit here but my energy levels seem fine.
