So tomorrow is the big day! I start my workout routine. I am using the workout room at my mom's apt complex. I went on Fri with her to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the equipment! I am excited that there are several weight machines along with a very high quality treadmill and elliptical! And to make it all the better there is a tv with cable! The best part is that its free! Woo hoo!

My husband is so supportive and he is helping me with my workout routine. He has a lot of knowledge about how to structure what kind of routine I need. Oh how wonderful his support is!! So tomorrow I am starting on 15 min on the treadmill. If I feel that is too easy, I will increase it the next workout. I plan to workout three times a week.

My history with working out is that I go too much too fast. So I am very cautiously taking this slow! I usually always ended up hurting myself b/c I did too much and then it broke my routine I had set up and you know how it goes from there.

We had a great dinner with some friends of ours this weekend. They are doing Atkins and so we just had a big ol salad with tons of fresh veggies and grilled chicken! Then we had fruit for dessert! I am usually very nervous about company and so I don't have many over often. But this was so easy to do! And we all felt good for eating well and staying on our diets! Then we had a great time of fellowship while the kids had tons of fun running and screaming!!

On another note, as I have tracked my weekend diet I am really starting to see where my calories are coming from. I love the diet tracker. It helps immensely!!
