I have always worked out on and off, but never actaully tried to make changes in my life with eating better and keeping track of the calories I intake. I don't have a weight problem but continue to be unhappy with my habits and the way my body looks. I've consistantly been working out for a couple of months now and am ready to take the next step on controlling the other important part in staying healthy. I chose to start this today with the help of a Holiday Challenge we are doing at work called
Maintain Don't Gain. It is an 8 week program designed to help you stay active and control your eating and drinking habits through the toughest time of the year, the holiday season. Heres to positive life changes!
