Got in and got it done. Up late fell asleep w/out my mask until 0530
Cardio Monitor: Total time 88min, in zone 51min, aHR/127, mHR/148 Kcals 901.
Warmup: HR/117
Strength: Dumbell bench press 40lbs 15 reps 2 sets, lat pull down 130lbs 15 reps 2 sets, dumbell shoulder press 25lbs 15 reps 2 sets, seater concentrated curls 20lbs 15 reps 2 sets, leg press machine 270lbs 15 reps 2 sets. All excersizes were done at a 2.0.2 pace.
Day one cardio: Started out on the stairmaster after 5 min I had to drop to level 2 so I pulled the plug on it since I could not keep my heart rate down. Went onto treadmill 2.9 at L3/4 for 40 min stayed HR/135-138 range.
Over all not the best workout but again a lot better then not doing one. Think tomorrow will be a day off followed by intervals on Wed. Thursday I have to take off so day one or last set of intervals on Friday and saturday make up whats left.
