Ok.. the walking was going great.. But I have a hard time even standing up by the end of the night.. I went to the foot doctor. He said I have some problem with my foot that I cant pronounce..lol  So Im working my butt off doing some much needed house work.. That means deep cleaning.. And I turely think the stretch excerizes help me to move.  
  As of today.. Im changing once again the way I eat... Thanks to a very good friend.. I have the suport I need to do this.. She keeps me on my toes.. We are both watching each other.. And believe me.. when you have someone else watching what you do.. You tend to stick to it a bit more.. " Thanks Pam."
  My plan now is to eating a large well balanced breakfast.. three snacks ( protien/carb mix) 200 cal or less. A light lunch and a light dinner.
  Hope to let you know how thats going in about 4 weeks..
