Ok in some ways yesterday was a great day

, I just found out I got the job I was hoping for, it is a job that I will be standing on my feet for about 8 hours a day, so I know that will be burning some calories all on it's own, however

, I did not do any exercise yesterday at all, I went to the library and that was about it. I also ate way too much food, I can't really say I am sorry that I did, because it was very yummy, and I have said from the start that I am not about dieting, I am about exercising, I love food and want to keep eating the good stuff, the real stuff, none of the fat free, sugar free stuff for me, I want to learn to enjoy in moderation, yesterday was not good in that respect. I do however regret not doing any exercises, so today I will exercise, and return to moderation, but I guess you have to give yourself a day off every once and a while, just to take a break from the stress of watching everything so closely.
I did record everything I ate yesterday

so I could be accountable to myself for what I did. And I made a promise to do much better in the future.
