Fell off the wagon

I had been going through some stuff. As a result I had stopped working out. Shortly after that I stopped paying attention to my diet.
Yesterday I weighed myself and I was 176. That's a good thing, it means I didn't gain any weight while OOC.
So today I'm working out again. I'm going to start by running 3 days a week and taking a spin class the other 3 days. MAYBE yoga on Sundays if I'm up for it. We'll see.
Time to get back in the saddle!
