Wooowa did the most cardio to date today. 92 min total :) Core workout as well. Great day feel good.
Cardio Monitor: Total time 132 min, in zone 88 min, aHR/133, mHR/157 Kcals 1460
Warmup: 118
Core: Bridge off red ball 15 reps 2 sets 5.0.5, Crunch off red ball same except pace 4.2.1, standing cable rotations increased weight to 40lbs completed 8&7/side 2 sets.
Intervals: Scheduled to do the bike but decided to break it up some. Did 3 sets of 5x1 on the bike, followed by 3 sets on the stairmaster followed by 4 sets on the treadmill. At 6min/set that equals out to an hour of intervals. Was able to maintain HR pretty well 148-153 mostly found the stairmaster to be the most taxing and hardest to get a recovery of 12-14 beats.
Day 1 cardio: 22 minutes on the elypitcal felt good could have done more. HR/135-144.
Overall a great day! I hope I did not over due and and will be smoked tomorrow. We shall see
