Monster day 1 cardio. Hour and a half! Decided to focus just on cardio today with no stability or strength training.
Cardio Monitor: Total time 134m, in zone 90, aHR/126, mHR/145 Kcals 1360.
Warmup: 116
Day 1 Cardio: 96 minutes. 35 on stairmaster, 31 on elyptical and 30 min on the treadmill..
Overall very happy today this was a lot of cardio I feel fine no aches or pains. Tomorrow I start week 7 and I feel ready for it.
