What is my motivation?

I have lost 61lbs now and I still have about 50 more that I want to lose but for some reason I feel like I am done. I don't know how to get started again. At work we are doing a weight loss challenge with a chance to win money and not even that is keeping me from snacking myself into a plateau. I just can't seem to stop the snacking especially between 3-5pm during the week. I normally eat as much during those 2 hours as iI do all day. Dont know what to do.
