Today I did a circuit workout I found on the website. It was pretty difficult but I did complete most of it in addition to doing 45 minutes of cardio. My diet was good. I had oatmeal and turkey bacon for breakfast, sweet potatoe fries (baked) and 3 grilled chicken strips for lunch, and 2 salmon fillets with sweet peas and green beans for dinner. So far I believe I had a good day today. I hope I can keep this momentum and discipline up when I start working and my days get more filled.
