The Beginning

Ok, so I started working out, and did about 3 days a week for 2 weeks. Then Thanksgiving week came around and my hubby was out of school...meaning that I was lazy. I then shoveled snow for about an h our and am paying the consequences for skipping a week. I am going to get a gym membership but I'm not really sure how to start. Wish me luck!!
