Day 2

Today I had an ok day. I had a healthy breakfast with oatmeal and turkey bacon, however I went to Chilis for lunch and had the grilled chicken tacos with the chix enchilada soup. I believe my lunc total was about 1500 calories so I tried to have a small dinner. I had two bbq chicken breast, broccoli and a baked potatoe. I walked on the treadmill for an hour. I was soooo sore from yesterday. Tomorrow according to my circuit training program I have off from working out so I will be extremely strict with my diet. Tomorrow I want to focus on oatmeal for breakfast, tuna wrap with peppers on the side and broccoli with salmon for dinner. I need to incorporate fruit somewhere in my diet before the week is over. I have a drs. appointment and class tomorrow as well as my internship so I will not being doing any workout. Which is probably good because I am super sore I really need to take a hot bath with epson salt so I can rest my musckes before I go hard again on thursday.
