I've never been a fan of the whole New Year's resolution thing with weight loss. Instead of waiting I'm going to start now....again. Of course it seems like I've always been trying to lose weight and just can't manage to follow through or stick with it. I did pretty good over the summer and am actually down about 20 lbs from the highest weight. Unfortunately I still have about 50-60 lbs to go to get to a "healthy" weight for my height. If I lost about half of that I think I would feel better and be fairly content.
My challenges include being a single mom, working 40-50 hours a week with 3 hours roughly commute time, and just general business. Finding time to workout is difficult and finding the energy even harder.....
So, short term goals for December:
1. Try exercising while watching TV in the evening
2. Reduce the amount of fatty foods I eat
3. Try to get more sleep each night
