Day 3

No workout today, but i did take the time out to revise my circuit training for tomorrow. I am having a hard time with cutting back my carbs. Today I had shredded left over chicken on a whole wheat bun, some wheat thin crackers with happy cow cheese wedges, i used the shredded chix on a whole wheat wrap. For dinner I had a lean cuisine panini with a baked potatoe. No veggies. I mean I dont think that is a bad diet but its too much carbs for one day. I guess I need to eliminate bread, rice and potatoes for the rest of the week. UGH, it is becoming so clear to me everyday that i can no longer eat for pleasure anymore. I eat to live. Is this realistic? I really dont want to put myself in a position where I cant sustain this. but i guess its about being flexible in order to accomplish my goals. so i want more than anything to be thinner and lose weight and i am willing to do anything to lose this weight. so back to the gym i go.
