I have this kind of weird body type because I weigh more, but look I like I weight less. I weigh 212 to be exact, but wear size 10 dresses and pants. i know thats weird cause Doctor told me that I have higher bone mass than most people that's why seem to weigh more than usual. He said I need to lose 50 Pounds if want to wear a size 3 or 4. i hope this works in time for my wedding. I 've lost 2 pounds in 5 days just cutting carbs and calories and adding more veggies to my plate, eating 6 smaller meals a day( Three small meals and healthy snacks in between), and also 30 minutes of strength and cardio. Its a commitment you have to follow if you want to acheive substantial weightloss. also, try the jillian Michaels DVD shred it with weight and 30 day shred; It really does work. Do the work out 5 times a week
