So I found out how to do the calorie counter yesterday, love it! I didnt have a good day overall, but diet and exercise wise i did pretty well. I did my circuit training for the second time today and it was way eaisier. I adjusted it so it I feel way more comfortable doing it. I think I am effective because I try to do it less than 45 minutes which means I am not taking a lot of breaks and I am burning max amount of calories. It really exhausts me though because I am out as soon as I complete that work out. So I am definitely optimistic. I do my cardio tomorrow. My focus at this point is looking for a job, working out and studying for these damn finals. My obsession is now narrowed in on working out. So I guess I definitely could use this distraction, but I really like this website the more I use the more I like it and hopefully I will see results sooner than later.
