Day 5

Today I did not have much of an apetite. I dont know why. I did not eat until 1:00pm. I had fried drumstick and a like 1/2 of cup of mashed potatoes. I ended up running on the treadmill for an hour even though that was not my plan initially. Afterwards I had a meal from el pollo loco. I ended up getting a chicken breast, wing, rice and beans and all of that equaled up to 1000 calories. I think that is a little too much but thats what the calorie calculator added up to. So I believe I did well again I stayed under my calorie count and my workout plan. I just need to get through the weekend and stay on my diet.
