A fresh start

Well im back ! been up and down like a yoyo , even tried Jenny Craig ...... it is fine and would likely work . but after the first weeks weeks i could no longer wrap mind mind around or justify spendin > 300 $ for two weeks of frozen food ... maybe if i had the $ but still as easy as it was (still hungry) i thought i should just get off my ass and do it myself and stop feeling sorry for my self ! so here i am Jenny did give me an 8 pound kick start so im back to get on track with this ...on the lazy days i will stock my freezer with some Blue Menu meals to have for a quick grab .... wish me luck ! here i go ! of to cook some healthy food for the week !
