Well we stayed the night at my inlaws last night. had a crazy work out moveing beds from one room of the house to another lol i moved for 30mins so it burned alot of cals witch was nice seeing his mum made the best curry for dinner after. i held back and only ate a serving of it no seconds witch i useally do. so im proud that i have been makeing better desitions. this moreing in stead of a bacon and mayo sandwitch i have at his parents place for beakfest. i chose to eat a bowl on cerial and apple. i did sneak 4 bacons from my mans plate but i think its better then what i used to eat. lol i had no sugar in my tea and im not going to be haven sugar today if i can. only sweets i can have are my oranges. ive been drinking alot more water and tea i had a soda craving but im not ganna do it instead im going to make my self drink more water and clean my house out more. i love my husband and my kittyes. i have desided im not going to kill my self with food any more. today i declaire my indepenacne of soda and sugar. i hate thy"" lol time to move on. only thing can i have a small amount of dark chocolet? my inlaw got me a bar from austallia and i really just want one slice... hummm i might just one if not tonight one tommarrow and work out extra.
