Uhoh..I been bad..

So here's how this has been going so far..
My first day, I did awsome! I ate the right amount of Calories and such. But I was soooo hungry. So then I did something bad.. My friend and I went out to a diner in town at about three in the monrning and I ate fried fish, fries, jello, the whole shabang. I BLEW IT! but alas, it didn't stop there. Later on I had some (and by 'some' I mean 'alot') pizza. The next day I ended up babysitting at my cousins house and I AATTEEEEE. I had some peanut butter balls, and some pizza rolls. all that kinda stuff.

MUCH
GUILT
& regret. gahh.
I guess all I can do now is do better tomorrow. But It's SO HARD. I hater being hungry. But the only way I seem to be able to not go over my goal of less then 1420 Calories a day is by being Hungry all the darn time.
So I guess my question here is, What can I do to not be hungry? Or is that just inevitable? D: If so, I don't know how long I'll last..
