Well as many teenage girls I am insecure with my weight. All my friends are smaller than me and I am always considered the "fat" girl of the group. I guess I have to blame it on my lack of willpower...can't avoid that sweet tooth you know. Anyways I'm sick of it and am finally going to do something about it. I still won't be as skinny as most of my friends who are around 80lbs but I am also about 4 inches taller so I swear being around 105 lbs should be fine. I try to walk everyday for about a half hour but even if I do I'll just end up bingeing later and all my calories burned will be for nothing. I am hoping that with this I can get my discipline in check and finally lose the weight.
