Recovery Day 26

I'm in the home stretch, got the cast off on Monday. Started working out using no-impact excercises (walking) in the house for 10 minutes. Need to do physical therapy everyday to increase mobility in the toe. So I do it 4 - 5 x.
Started doing callenetics workout since I can not do any type of impact workout yet.
Lost a few pounds (3) while out of commission, but mostly due to reduced calories. At least I did not gain weight!!
So today starting a 30 day no-impact workout while my foot is healing. Small movements and triple slow speed. Just to start moving again.
My goal is still to do a 5K in March - We'll see!!
