3RD Day... Feeling Great!!!

Well this is the 3rd day and I've been careful to eat healthy and follow the routine.. I went for a jog with my dog last nite and we actually jogged longer which felt great... I walk half way to warm up and jog the rest, stopping and going... When I need the extra little push I do take a diet pill for energy and it really pushes me to go... I am starting to adapt to less calories and it seems it will get easier. I am really determined to make it to my goal 125.
