they say if you do anything for 21 days its a change that will stay. i have made it to the 21 days..
im happy this is the longest i have ever held on to a diet and i think its mostly because i understand now it isnt a diet. its a change of lifestyle.
just like a drug addict i have days when i wanna cave and eat this and that.. and i dont.. because i know i cant.. i cant fail this time.
i weighted myself yesterday and i loose.. im still 207 so thats a plus..i didnt gain. thats the up side!
i have been out of work since nov. (by choice) and i am so blessed to have a hubby who has a job who can support us and i worked because i choose too.. but the whole point is i figured now is the time.. and i was going to go back to work in Jan (now) but i have decided to stay home. i start back to school in march and so rather go back to work i'm going to stay home for now and work on me.. just being here for my family and making sure that i make this change stay and work for me.
