My goal is to gain 10lbs of muscle and increase my vertical and 40 yard dash time. My Plan consist of three phases. Over a nine month period. Phase I Strength and Stamina. Lift heavy weights with low reps. Run "gasers" to increase stamina. Phase II Body Strength and Running Strength(Acceleration and Burst). Lift heavy weights and do strength running drills. Phase III. Agility Quickness and Sport Specific exercises. Maintain current strength and implement quickness and agility drills as well as sport specific exercises.
