Its Sooo Hard

Well, I've doing my jogging and strengh training but im finding it hard to resist temptation. Those wht chocolated Truffles r just so good and I am so weak!! I never really paid attention much when I buy fast food which I do not do a lot, but today I looked at the mcdonalds menu and what do I see??? Calories, calories!!! How can I even walk in there without putting some on some weight just looking... I walked out w/ some oatmeal 290 cal smart choise. I don't think I will be going there anytime soon unless I plan for it. I am finding it hard to stay away from food. I am not sure if it has to do with the low calorie intake and the workouts but I feel so hungry. I have lost about 6 lbs in less then 2 wks so will keep that as my motivation. I almost forgot, I started taking GNC be hot pack and have noticed when I go jogging I sweat a whole lot more weight loss could be due to water loss but either way im glad to have it come off. Will up-date on progress.
