Wow. Blew it yesterday. LOL. Football and diets just dont mix. I was way over on my calories big time and I did have two beers. Today will be a lot better even though football is on. My new workout plan starts tomorrow and my diet will be a lot more strict since I will be back to work. I will be clocking my 40 and vertical jump tonight, so I will check in with those times later. I am looking forward to watching my progress through the weeks and getting back to my peak physical condition. Lets get it on!
