A journey from fat to fit (I HOPE)

Well, the family has decided to add an incentive for all the failed new years resolutions.  Everyone pays a dollar a week and at the end of 45 weeks whomever loses the most weight wins the pot.  I have struggled since I was 14 with my weight, mostly because I didn't care.  I wasn't big boned..I was big butted LOL.  I have decided that this year there are no excuses, there is no room for failure.  I WILL get rid of this extra weight if it kills me.  I am 5'10" and sitting at almost 240 lbs.  It is apalling when I look in the mirror.  No more.  I went to the gym tonight with my husband and his boys (MMA team) and worked my butt off.  Frustration will not stop me from achieving this any longer.  There is not only a lot of money on the line, but somewhere hidden beneath this layer of fat is a beautiful woman.  My new years resolution is not to lose the weight...but to find the woman
