Being back to work today was the best thing that could of happened as far as my diet and workout routine goes. I am on target for all my diet stats and I completed my workout at the gym. I am still in a priming stage for my muscles, so I just went through the motions at a minimum weight. I will do this for the rest of the week and then next week I will start with my strength training performing most exercises as an 80% to max repetition. Looking forward to seeing my gains through the next few weeks.
I had a back injury for the past month so it has sidelined me from the gym. Today my back felt good and I noticed that I didnt really lose much as far as strength, so I am really happy with that. I guess taking the month off doesnt completely turn me into a wimp. :)
I like the preworkout stuff I am taking. I felt good pumps at the gym without my body temperature rising too much. I will continue to use the product for the rest of the week and see how it works out for me.
I took all of my vitamins today and will continue to take them when i get home for lunch.
All was well today.
